In this topic we will show how to create your own billing control panel where you will order and manage your hosting products and domain registrations.

Let’s start by browsing to the location of the billing control panel. This URL will depend on if you are wanting to register an account for US hosting or UK hosting. The URLs for each are provided below:
U.S. Billing Account: https://cp.hostek.com/
U.K. Billing Account: https://cp.hostek.co.uk/
Note: We have two separate billing installations between the US and UK side of things for easier management and control. This does however mean that if you wish to purchase services in both locations (US & UK) then you’ll need to have a billing account registered in both the US and UK control panels.
Click on the “Account” drop-down menu at the right side of the navigation menu, then click on “Register”
- Now let’s fill out the account information fields. The information you fill in these fields will determine who owns the account and all services under the account.
|First Name||This should be your legal first name.|
|Last Name||This should be your legal last name.|
|Company Name||Your company / organization name (if applicable).|
|Email Address||Your email address. This address will be used for accessing login credentials, receiving billing notifications, and other account administration emails.|
|Password||A password of your choice. You can use our secure password generator at https://hostek.com/password/|
|Confirm Password||Enter your password a second time to confirm the spelling.|
|Address 1||Your primary Personal / Business address.|
|Address 2||This field is optional in the case you have a second address.|
|City||Your city name. Please don’t use abbreviations here.|
|State/Region||Please select your state or region from the drop-down menu.|
|Zip Code||Your zip / postal code|
|Country||The Country the billing contact resides in.|
|Phone Number||Please enter a good contact number here. This number will be used to contact you with important information if necessary.|
|Confirm Email Address||Enter your email address a second time to ensure it was entered correctly.|
- Set a security question and answer. Please be sure to fill this out since it helps with account recovery and security verification. We’ll ask you for the answer to this question before making any account changes. Carefully select a question/answer that you would best remember, but isn’t easily guessed.
- Please be sure to read the Terms of Service and then check the box to the left of “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service”.
Once you’ve finished the above steps, you can click on “Register” to create your new account.
Your new billing account is now created! You can use the email you registered with and the password you set to access your new account at the below link.
